Reading the proposals President Obama will outline in tomorrow's state of the union speech clearly demonstrates a lame duck president and administration that is fresh out of new ideas - if they ever had any in the first place. It contains more freebies, that in fact aren't free, and more class warfare rhetoric that calls for increasing taxes on the so called "rich."
